Lee starts leading us through his GP Denver experience. What did you think?

Good article!  I just wanted to ask if there was ever a point where you wished you had the 25th land?  I look online and all of the Faerie lists run 25-26 lands, and you defy them with your 24.  Did you feel that having 4 peppersmoke answered that question?  Did keeping your curve low by eschewing Oona help you out as much as you thought or did you ever find yourself wishing you had that singularly enormous body?

Also: It was GP Denver not GP Daytona.  But that's a little thing.

In my 2nd part I'm going into more analysis card by card and by match up. Typically, Day 1 is supposed to be "easier".

As far as the 25th land, I can honestly say that I boarded out ANOTHER land (Mutavault) almost every match. Peppersmokes did help me alot. Part of my theory behind that was, it killed a permanent while also drawing a card. So, the board state was equal yet I possessed one additional card.

Congrats Lee and I couldn't agree with the 24 land / 4 peppersmoke choice any more.
