Putting Stillmoons in would disrupt the synergy of the deck in my opinion. Plus, many of the Kithkin decks are using Moonglove Extract to kill the Cavaliers.

Online, I've had some success (winning 3 block 8 mans) by putting Biting Tether in my deck/sideboard over Sowers.

I like this idea. A friend of mine plays Faeries a lot and Sower always fails miserably unless Scion is out.
Tether steals the creature which is the real point of the card in the first place without tapping 4 just to lose tempo as it dies. Would you consider actually running Biting Tether in the SB if you were to run this deck again?

Like I said, I've won 3, 8 - Man Block Tourneys online. Tether is 1 turn slower, but much harder for the opponent to kill. I like it.

I ran this build at the last Detroit PTQ (8-30) and loved it.  There was never a match I felt like I had no control or had no outs.  I went 5-2 and got 14th place.

My two losses were to 5 color Elementals with Doran and 5 color Doran.  Both were good players (as they were both in the 5-1 games for a top 8 birth).  My losses were mostly due to keeping a bad hand (which happened in one of those games) and my opponent drawing three cloudtheshers and me with no puppeteer cliques (which would have been game).  Luckily, I never played Kithkin, RDW, or Q'n'T so I really never used Stillmoon Cavs or Jace.

Interestingly, the ONLY other person I know, who used my build lost in the Finals of the Orlando GP. Guess he should have read more of ManaNation.com smiley

I forgot to say thank you.  Thank you for the ideas and the personal responses.  I never would have played this type of Faeries and it is definitely more my style than the average block Fae.
