Introducing Trent Hurlburt! He submitted this article about EDH and I think it lays the groundwork and shares his excitement about the format. We're looking forward to what he has to offer in the future!

It's good for the casual players, as there is hope on the horizon for a format that they to can compete in. The only issue I see, and thats with all types of competitions, is that at first its fun, different, and everyoen is on a equal playing field. Bu8t as time goes on the format I fear, will warp into what we currently have today with standard, ext and other sanctioned formats. As I click through threads I already see people going for specific types of highlander decks, and it will only get worse.

Yep, but that's the nature of the beast.
