Now in extended there are many ways to win, only because they have so many cards.

I am looking to build a lockdown deck that is extended tourney worthy. So far its mainly blue with artifacts. The deck i have makes a Panoptic Mirror copy a Savor the Moment over and over again.

Here is the decklist:

Panoptic Mirror                      4x (I only have one though, I will get more)
Savor the Moment                 4x (I have 3 out of four)
Merfolk of the Pearl Trident   4x (Just some bodies)
Exhaustion                            2x  (they work really well im thinking of adding more.)
Counterspell                          4x (i know i have to switch these out)
Spellbook                              4x (I dont know if i really need these...)
Telling Time                           4x (for thinning out the deck)
Tel-Jilad Stylus                      2x (Idk why they can keep me going forever though lol)
Trade Secrets                       1x (this is good for a little while YAY!)
Ray of Command                  2x (i dont believe this is legal..)
Impulse                                1x (this one i believe isnt legal either)
Brainstorm                           3x (I believe this isn't legal)
High Tide                             3x (I believe this isn't either)
Overburden                         2x (this is phases out soon)

Then Islands to even it out at 60.
Which is Islands 20x i believe

Now I have lots to work out here a lot of these cards i cant use. This deck ends up locking out the opponent is an average of 6 turns I played out 20 games. I NEED YOUR GUYSES HELP!!!! PLEASE! I have no problem pumping out money and if you want to send me a different lockdown deck entirely go right ahead!!

Thank you for your help, Infinite_Bob.

A lot of your cards aren't extended legal. On top of that Savor the Moment won't lock your opponent out of the game. It may buy you some turns...but without being able to untap you will eventually have to ship the turn back to your opponent.

There is a turn based lockdown combo deck in standard though. It uses Walk the Aeons + Crucible of Worlds + Rites of Flourishing. This may be a better route for you. Here is a decklist for you.

I think the deck is rather straight forward. Control the game until you land the combo. Quiron Dryad really benifits from this deck.

If you are wanting to delve into Extended you can add cards like Azusa Lost but Seeking, Remand, and Patagia Viper. Hope this helps.

Thank you for the decklist I will make sure to start building that... headbang

EDIT: Imachampion, I forgot to have this in the top but Savor the Moment really is only to buy turns to get Islands, another Panoptic Mirror, and Ray of Command, in order to keep taking the opponent's creatures to kill them.

Thank you, Infinite_Bob
