Building the Perfect Sealed deck?

I was wondering if I could get advice on how to build the perfect sealed deck. Not what cards to use but how actually make it. Like how do you figure out how many CC spells of each, like how many 1 drops, 2 drops, ect...
Next how do you really figure out mana distribution. Like I understand the whole idea of count mana symbols and doing it that way base on ratio. However, how many land should you be running for a 3 drop that is all one color CC.
I have played in several sealed events thus far and it doesn't seem like I'm getting better. So I figure it may be my playing but I think when it comes down to it is that I am just making bad decks.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciate. Like could you give me a run down on how you build your sealed pools.

Sealed decks are a very organic thing. You really have to be flexible and ready to do just about anything. But many of the same rules that apply to draft apply to Sealed, only that you run critters in Sealed that you would normally cut in draft.
One thing I can tell you quickly is that 1/1 for 1cc that don't actually do something are pretty crappy. So don't feel bad if you deck has no 1 drops, however, 2 and 3cc is pretty important to a Sealed deck as if you don't have any early game, you can lose very quickly. Sealed is generally defined in the mid-game to late game with swingy critters or just plain ol Fat or Flyers.
Post us a deck or 2 you ran and lets take a look!
