Its Faeries again.

Sorry I haven't posted in a while, i have been busy with, well school and other junk, but have kept magic going, I have designed 16 decks in that time, and am as tired as a dead man. I would love to post them but have just not had the time. In the mean time onto my counter combo

Note: don't know if any one has done this already-if so I am deeply sorry.

Glen Elendra Pranksters + Spellstutter Sprite

It has to go on the stack in the right order, and trying to explain this during a tournament is hard so I will make it SIMPLE

Stack:
Top:
Spellstutter Sprite come into play ability
Spellstutter Sprite creature
Glen Elendra Pranksters activated ability
Bottom:

So in Short - you counter your spell with Spellstutter's ability, and then it comes into play, then Prankster's ability returns it to your hand, and you can do it again, and again, and again, as long as you have at 1 blue and 1 colorless mana open at all times

Lots of counterspells for 2 and it can be sideboarded in a Fae deck so, I like it, thoughts, comments, post away

JUDGE!
Doesn't the Prankster ability resolve before your Sprite? When you choose a target for the Prankster's ability, the Sprite is still on the stack. Since it's not a creature yet; it cannot be targeted.

You would need a Glen Elendra Pranksters and a Spellstutter Sprite in play when you played a second Spellstutter Sprite. This would be a possible 3-card combo...

Because it says whenever you play as opposed to whenever ~ comes into play...I think this is a Bombo.

Exactly Champ, the stack would be:

Announce: Casting Spellstutter Sprite
Glen Elendra Pranksters Ability triggers
(You may choose a Target...)
Spellstutter Sprite resolves and comes into play

So close to being awesome... :-(

You can move things around in certain situations, yes, but the creature doesn't resolve till the stack clears.
