It's got nice cards in it but what exactly does it do? Some people can't just look at a list of cards and tell how they work together.

I never thought that I would ever say this but...you have to much removal. Focus on your important pieces of removal and trim out what doesn't work. Also remember that
Elemental Harbinger
can search up
Nameless Inversion
and
Crib Swap
alongside other elementals. I would aim for considerably more elemental creatures and less "tricks".

Have you considered adding a
Bloom Tender
at all?
that plus
Horde of Notions
would be a great way to pull stuff from the grave.
