I have been forgotten by the empty vessel

Just want to make sure this is legal.

i have four forest's and Garruk on the playing field

Can i tap all for forests and put four Green in my mana pool

+1 on garruk uptap two lands (up tap two lands obv)

then tap two lands

So in total i will have 6 green in my mana pool.

As far as I know that would be a legal play.


And if its not, I gotta go find the kid who played me at FNM this week cause he used that move a lot and destroyed me. (Deity of Scars+Gift of the Deity= Bad news for all of my treefolk)

Yes you can. You can "Float" mana in any phase of the game. If you float mana during your "Main Phase" it doesn't empty from your mana pool until you leave your main phase.
