When shards of alara come in to standard will that mean that time spiral will move out?

Also - Is the end of turn when you next up keep happens not when the player who began the match up keep triggers

When Shards comes out Time Spiral and Cold snap both leave standard making Standard

10th Edition, the Lorwyn/Shadowmoor Block and Shards of Alara.


I am not sure I understand the phrasing of your second question. The end of turn is right before the next player's upkeep. Once their upkeep starts your turn has ended.
